Dates to Remember:

July 3rd:  Closed in honor of Independence Day-Happy 4th!

July Activities:

We will have special activities for the children where your help will be much needed! They love coming to school dressed up or bringing special items.  For this reason, the month of July will be our Spirit Month.  Below you will find our July Calendar with all the special activities.

Transitions

As you already might know, it is time to start transitioning children into their next classrooms as openings occur throughout the summer for the new school year.  If your child is moving up, you will be receiving the “Moving Up Certificate”. Some children may need more time in their current class; therefore we may keep them a little longer.  We would like for them to have an easy transition.

Things to Remember:

*All children must be dropped off by 8:45am, no exceptions.

*LABEL every item you send to school.

*DO NOT bring your child to school if they are not feeling well.

*Parents coming before 4pm, please call us by phone.

*ALL supplies - wipes, diapers, etc. - need to be brought in by THIS Thursday July 2nd

*TODDLER 2 & PRESCHOOL: please bring a plastic folder with pockets for the children's activities. These will go home on Fridays for you all to enjoy! It must be plastic for disinfecting purposes :)

Dismissal Process:

Starting on July 6th, any parents picking up after 4pm, will need to ring a doorbell and we will take your child out to you.  On cooler days, the children will be outside and the normal procedure would take place; however, it has been too hot to take the children out lately.
